FYI...for what it's worth I sent an Email to a contact I have at Fox Ridge, asking that these examples of poor service didn't mention names) be sent to someone who might care.

Received reply back saying my Email was forwarded on to the repair department supervisor who would be back in on Monday.

If he should reply to my Email, I'll forward his response to each of you so you can follow up with him directly.

This is the Email response I got back from a contact at TC's Fox Ridge:

"...Good morning, I received an e-mail back this morning from the supervisor of the repair shop and he said if you could get the gentlemans name and address that was having all the trouble in Canada he would send him a new flintlock lock assembly.

He said he was not sure why he wasn't taken care of originally but hoped this would take care of his troubles...Thank you for your assistance..."
