Few photos from a Tennessee hunt this year. My friend shot the eight pointer on top of a mountain ridge and the buck ran down the wrong side of the mountain. Had a good trip, the Thompson Centers in the photos were both build from kits and both are .54’s.









 
Very nice!! I didn't get to hunt deer this year due to hernia repair and the VERY short season here in WA.

Nice deer and congrats. That looks like a Hancock County "crab claw" buck. The county is noted for having last fork claws.
