I surrendered on my TVM Southern Rifle parts set. Just realized that I would find better uses for my time, especially since my tastes far exceed my abilities. Projects right now are centered around gathering up all the miscellany I have and getting ready to fill up a trade blanket. Or seven.

That could happen to mine too. I'll decide after new years. I'm much inclined to clear out most of my guns and get a Kibler SMR and a Woods runner.

There are plenty of skilled builders out there who can put these guns together for you. That way, you get the gun you wanted and the builder makes a few bucks. It's a win for everybody.

TN bear pistol, I need to get my gifted forge up and running, turn my piece of railroad track into an anvil and learn to forge mounts.

For now, this may be my last build, I have too many B/P guns now and don't plan to sell any of them so I will stretch out this last project as long as I can.

I too have 4 unfinished rifles to do but an infection in my hand and the surgery to clean it out ended working on anything till at least October. Going to be a long fall season. Just hope I can get out for early MZ season.

I ordered up a couple of IMA P-1841 Brunswick muskets to play with. This should last me until Kibler gets his Fowler out the end of this year, or at least I hope it does….

I'm in the same situation. Every time I get even a small space cleared out, someone fills it with flotsam. Dagnabit, my stuff's important, not like the confusing stack of plastic totes breeding elsewhere.
