The annual Pinnacle Mountain Rendezvous is this week-weekend in Arkansas. It is usually kinda touristy on the weekends, but alot of good camps [both 'white eyes' and Indian] and vendors in a very pretty setting. There should be an internet site for info or look at the EARA site for contact numbers.
