Very nice looking revolver, but the half-fluted cylinder is not historical. It looks more like an Uberti than a Pietta.

That said, Uberti makes a full-fluted cylinder that would look really good on that gun.

I bought one for my ASM 1860 Army .44 and it fit like a glove.

Sure you will enjoy it. My Uberti Police colt is the most fun and fast handling of any of the cap and ball I have owned and shot. Not as easy to be precise as the longer, heavy types but great for fast shooting to 15 yards...c
