A thought came to me, too...if I hadn't spent so much on muzzle loading stuff, I'd be driving a better car!
I think its cool, only thing better would be a Bullpup flintlock
I like it. Does anyone know where I can get a rifle stock, inlettedI think its cool, only thing better would be a Bullpup flintlock
Trapper model?although I haven't decided if I will continue with it or not. Total length would only be about 24 1/2" or so. No reason other than fun.

Back when I played with it i thought about cutting down the 2 piece stock to make a full stock "carbine". Seeing this pic makes me wonder if i could open it up to 15/16 for a 54 barrel, i do have a spare stock in the closetYou guys talked me into it, enablers! Rounded up a nose cap that should work, old cast trigger guard that will take some fitting. Buttstock end piece is standard. I'll figure something out for a toe kick.
Currently I am just thinking a simple band right behind the nose cap for a little extra strength in barrel/stock attachment.

It’s not a problem for those of us who have no hair, but if you’re proud of your flowing locks, beware the bullpup flinter…I think its cool, only thing better would be a Bullpup flintlock
Front barrel band like on a Trapdoor Spring field contoured to the top three flats and thin enough to be under the sight picture. Easy to make and solid as rock !Different! I've been staring at the photo trying to figure out how to attach the barrel........
