I just want to say what a great job they do, I've never been disappointed with them. I just recieved a new book, for I better price than I could find it used. The book was packaged very well in a bubble wrap sleeve, more packaging materials then placed in a cardboard box. I'm a little hesitant to order books from most places as they have a way of getting destroyed or lost in the mail. Not with TOTW, they package them well.

Also, want to note their backorder policy is very fair. I ordered another book, but it happened to be backordered, no big deal. Because they will ship it free of charge if billed with the first book. Other sites will charge you another shipping fee, since the book was on backorder. TOTW doesn't do that...I'm very happy with them.
