You could hunt them here in the fall, my understanding is even a stout .36 cal load makes the grade.

Nice shooting and some good eating! I just finished my Crockett and seeing your photos makes me itching to pop some caps, but, the rifle deer season opens in the morning, so it will have to wait.
 
Soaked in 1/2 whole milk 1/2 water overnight, homemade shake & bake of whole wheat flower, salt, black pepper, and a Creole seasoning from Tony Chachere's

Pan fried then baked off in a medium low oven, to get the rabbit done through without over cooking the crust.
