Well!! Good that this topic came up. Surely clears the air and clarifies all the do's and don'ts of how to deal with an angry griz. But, what about snakes ? How do we deal with them ?

in still frog gig.Most of times I wade the ponds and creeks.(no waders can't swim lol)Had a few run ins with snakes.Most of places didn't have cotton mouths just regular water snakes.But they still bite.Killed a few cotton mouths but not many.Know one lesson if you frog gig with someone make very sure they ain't scared of snakes.A few times friends have about drowned and about drowned me.I let them sit on bank lol.But if I get in a spider web and see a spider.ughhh its on. Had a friend try to help me one night he found a spider and slide it down the neck of my shirt. It wasn't a pretty sight lol.
