There are a number of threads I’ve seen on our forum about this “Trapper” pistol. Still, I’ll open my ad with specs from the manufacturer’s web site.

Barrel: 9.75″ Blued Barrel with 1:20″ Twist
Trigger: Double Set Triggers. Pistol may be fired with trigger set or unset. A screw between the triggers adjusts trigger pull weight.
Length: 15.56”
Stock: Hardwood
Weight: 2.85 Lbs.
Projectile: .490 lead ball
Patch thickness: .010-.020 in.
Ignition: #11 percussion cap
Nipple: 6×1 metric threaded.
Rear Sight: Iron, drift-adjustable windage; screw adjustable elevation.
Front Sight: Brass blade, drift-adjustable windage.

Thanks, @Glock21user . This was totally unexpected. There isn't anyone in my immediate family that has any interest in firearms, as far as inheriting any of my stuff. Yesterday in conversation with my cousin, who last year move to the Pacific Northwest, we chatted about hunting and/or shooting there. I found out he built two shooting ranges on his new acreage. And he has a room in their log house with a wall filled with guns and knives.

So I sent him the photos of my Trapper when he said he'd like to see it. So it was actually his wife that motivated him to add it to his gun cabinet, and mostly because of family ties. My cousin and I grew up together, like have a second family. It was cool. Our homes were really close to each other when we were kids. All told there were six of us brothers, three from each family. His Dad (my uncle) was really close to my Dad and they were the best of friends. Great family connections. My cousin has sons, and someday they will inherit (and want) their Dad's firearms --- family stuff, which really thrilled me!

Yes, a long-winded answer to your comment. I'm happy to be this small part of our family recollections.
