weighs just 6 3/4lbs

fired only a handful of times

Welcome to the forum. To start a private conversation with a member, click on the area under the persons name where his avatar would be if he/she had one. That will open a little window that gives you the option to "Start a Conversation". Click on it.You can also click on the persons name to open a window that shows the persons "home". In it, there is also a button you can click to "Start a Conversation".

That will open a area to type your message. Don't forget to give it a title. When your ready to send it, poke the blue Start a Conversation button at the bottom of the screen to send it.

Look in the upper right hand area of the screen to see a little envelope shaped icon. That is your "Conversation" area where your private messages are stored. If you get a reply from someone, a red number will appear in the envelope showing you have a new message.
