YES I agree with you go with a custom rifle or if you handy with your hands try track of the wolf kits and make it your way
 
A finished custom rifle or a kit from a custom builder is always the best bet. Excellent kits are available for not much more than the cost of the Trad. Pennsylvania. A finished custom will run twice that amount or a little more which is still a bargain.
