I have a traditions trapper .50 with laminated wood stock
A slip on the bench and the "horn" on the back of grip broke off a small chunk. And of course could not find it in dirt. Anyone else have the same problem? And do you think I could just round it off?

Where did you guys get a trapper with a laminated stock ? Mine came with a nicely figured one-piece stock. It is a flinter. I bought it about 3-4 years ago. just wondering if they went to a one-piece after trouble with the laminated kind. :idunno:

I don't know when they started offering them, but I remember seeing them on their website over a year ago. You can get the traditional or laminated.
