Are there any muzzleloading shops near Traverse City Michigan. I may be there this week end and might look around?

Thanks,
Mark C. Foster

Not strictly a muzzleloading shop, though they have some, is Hampel's right near downtown. It's always worth a visit.

I grew up about two blocks from Hamples but I left TC about 20 years ago and only occationaly visit. I was just wondering if any new shops were open in the area.

Thanks,
Mark C. Foster

Mark,
It's not a muzzleloading shop but still a place of interest. Check out Nawbin, it is basicly a bead shop but it is run by a colonial reenactor and a couple of the staff are also reenactors, real nice people. It is right on 8th street. If KArl or Tanya are there tell them I said "Hi".
Nick
ps. If you are just into looking over some nice looking guns check out Fieldsport. It is a nice little shop that deals in Doubles (both shotguns and rifles), it is across from the new mall.
