North Star ...........Curly Gostomski...........1980"s I hope ..................Think he was famous for North Star Trade guns???? He had a booth at National m/l shoots back then.

I think oldwood is right; Buckskinners III (1985) has a short bio of Mr. Gostomski that states that he started North Star Enterprises making triggers and moved into custom Northwest Trade Guns. Looking in a issue of Muzzle Blasts from 1990 I notice that the background for his ad features a Hunters Star in shadow.
