YA!!!! i just seen that as well. HA!!! bumper sticker ,, LMAO anyone have or know of a place that sells somthing a guy could feed through his printer :hmm:

Musketmans squirrel is a squirrel alright. It's a very old red or fox squirrel. The kind I wouldn't shoot to eat. That ol' cuss is tough as harness leather and I don't think it could be kept in a crock pot long enough to make it chewable. I've been hunting squirrels for over 40 years and as Russ B said, they are still my favorite and I've hunted a passel of this country from Maine to Wyoming and Arizona to Virginia and a lot of places in between for a lot bigger and more glamorous big game. I still love to hunt deer, bear and hogs and I have a particular fondness for bunnies over beagles.....but day in and day out let me hunt the lowly grey and red squirrels and I will die a happy man.....kinda like bamboo fly rods and bluegills.....just ain't no comparisons for this ol' hillbilly.

If it's the first pic we are talkin' about I'd lay money it's some kind of ground squirrel. I've been huntin' em for over forty years also!

Alright MM see if you can clear this up for us LOL! I've got faith in ya! :blah:

I did a web search for fox squirrels and got that picture, under that guise, it's a fox squirrel...

Enjoy the saying . You are the first to comment on my signature. I was hoping someone would comment.
I don't have a problem with people who shoot them actually. For me I prefer something that doesn't look like a modern plastic stocked rifle. I like more traditional looks. Shooting plastic out of my MZ doesn't excite me either. The supposed performance advantage is intriguing though. The more who shoot and hunt the more allies. The more who use a frontstuffer the more allies. :yakyak:
Good luck this season to everyone, whatever you choose to shoot.

musketman,
my wife will love you bringing that up!!!!! i can just almost hear my son call and saying "dad it's time to go to the woods", and we will both be gone and it won't make either wife very happy, but they always get over it!!

snake-eyes  :RO: :agree:
