Actually, the real Derringer was spelled with one ‘R’..

I knew that, but the example shown was not a copy of any real gun that “Deringer “ ever made that I am aware of.

Irregardless of what we know or don't know the instructions call it a model 1200 44 cal. Derringer. Hell, I looked it up because I was nearly certain it was spelled with one "R" too. I have no idea how the Dillinger spelling got into the title and description thread other than I had just looked up the famous gangsters wooden gun as it sold on auction for over $40,000 dollars. Maybe mine would bring more money or get more than chit chat if they were made of wood or fondled by a gangster? However, they were only handled by a Midwestern fat boy who saved them from the random box at an auction.

BTW thanks for the boost to the top of the page.

If anyone has an interest in purchasing these please feel free to make and offer.
