Unfired T/c Grayhawk value

I will soon be listing a unfired T/c Grayhawk 50 cal with the small T/C peep sight. What would be a good listing price?

350-400 would be my guess

Wood or plastic stock? I would say 350 to 450 with the peep and plastic stock. Original box and book would help push it to the higher mark.

I sold one that had never been shot except for my adding fiber optic sights and sighting it in. I sold it for $250 shipped, I bought it at a flea market for $90 so I didn't get greedy.
