SOLD Vintage 16 Ga. double percussion shotgun. Turkey gun

Really well made 14ga,(.680 bore), British double barrel shotgun, nice strong back action locks, very strong hammer springs, good bores. Hooked breach for easy takedown and cleaning. Damascus barrels look great, no dents. Good period tapered ramrod. Beautiful scroll work , good wood no cracks. Name on locks is Robinson. Gent I bought it from said it came from England. Was certainly a high end build. I have not shot, but gent I bought from told me it shoots straightaway.

The bore measure .680 at the bore, as close as I can tell, that’s 14 gauge, a popular British and Aussie size .

Somebody corrected me by pm and told me this shotgun is closer to 16ga.
Regardless, should make a great turkey gun at the new, more reasonable price of $500. Plus shipping.
This shipping should not be too bad because it’s a hooked breach and can be separated for packaging.
