I would like information about primitive clubs/gatherings in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. If you guys could put me on to some websites or phone numbers I'd appreciate it.

I belong to the Aurora Blackpowder Club, north of Fort Worth. It's off of Hywy 114, just west of Hywy 287 between Rhome and Boyd. It is a pre-1840 Club.

You should get in touch with the Comanche Peak Muzzleloaders group. They're sort of in your area. They're down around Glenn Rose, you know, the dinosaur park?? Anyway they're not too terribly far from DFW maybe a couple of hours drive. The country's beautiful and they put on a good rendezvous. I think i've got one of their cards in my locker at work.
