I know a someone who can make you one, he builds period fowlers. I was looking for a Revolutionary war period fowler carried by an American Also my target at 50 yards offhand. He lives in West Michigan, let me know if you want his info.

Not sure if you are looking to build or buy, but as 2 Shots stated, Chambers has parts sets of at least three types that may fit your fancy:

Check out the PA fowler, New England colonial fowler, and the English fowler/officer's fusil. All have English roots to varying degrees.
And yes, I am a Chambers fan boy.
