Did you want a good one or just a chinese copy? Real patternmakers vises such as the Emmert typically bring over $500 and weigh close to 100 lbs. Chinese vises that they call patternmakers vises can be found for less than $100 including shipping. Try Woodcraft Supply or Grizzly for those.

Here's a thought, but may not work for you.

I've wanted something like a patternmaker's vise for some time. But I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for one, and investigated a number of places on the web where people more or less made their own vise similar to the patternmaker's. But those would have required quite a bit of labor, time, and some indeterminate expense.

Then I decided that the classic patternmaker's vise wasn't what I really needed. I ended up getting an Irwin Multi-purpose Bench Vise for a bit less than $120 from Amazon. It has some of the fundamental advantages of the patternmaker's vise but is in other ways more versatile -- particularly if you think a bit about alternative jaws you can buy or make for it, and how you can mount it. I'm very happy with it for my purposes, but it may not fit yours. However, it may be at least worth a look.

Bought one from Grizzly for @$190 including shipping. Looks to be well made, easily adjustable and holds the stock rock steady.

Current price on the Grizzly is $166.25 -- which is great! Don't know if they charge for shipping on that.
