How long should you wait after Jim Chambers' stock finish has dried to apply a coat of wax?

Thanks,
Allen

With any finish, I like to wait till the smell is gone before I apply wax. I figure as long as there is an odor the finish is still cureing.

I agree. Just like fresh paint on a new car. Don't wash or wax until the smell is gone.

That's what I was thinking too. When I paint cars I usually wait three months before applying wax. I don't think it will take that long with the stock though. Thanks-Allen
