There are some that will interchange but I can’t fell you what ones. A wedge isn’t hard to make, a bit of filing and hammering to form a head is how I make them. You can make them out of brass or steel.

Any idea where I can get 2 wedge keys for TC Hawken rifles? TOTW is out of stock.
Been looking at different suppliers but have found nothing. You might want to try Ebay or maybe contact The Hawken Shop, see if they'll sell you a couple of wedges.

I just bought wedges last week from the "Gun Works Muzzleloading Emporium" for a few dollars each. Brass or steel. They come in several sizes.

I checked Track of the Wolf yesterday. They have four pages of wedges on their website. Some are out of stock, most are still available. They provide dimensions (thickness and width, and for most of them length). Look at the out-of-stock T/C wedges you want and write down the dimensions, then shop for something similar. I did see steel wedges "in the white" that were for the T/C rifles. These could be easily darkened with a little cold blue, or you could fire blue them with a torch.

If you can live with blued wedges l can send a couple for whatever postage is on the envelope when you get it.

Yes
, the brass ones will wear and get sloppy. Each time you pull them to remove the barrel for cleaning they rub against the steel of the lugs.

If it takes a sharp rap from a plastic or brass hammer to remove, is it still in danger of working loose?
