Made this one recently out of black pipe for the frame, 2x4" base drilled for spike hold downs and 8" steel plate target. I have not got out to the range yet to try it out due to weather. Easy take down for transport. For reactive targets I also like to cut 8', 4"x4" landscape timbers into 1' sections, spray paint orange or white to set up like bowling pin targets. They can take a pounding before breaking up. The private range where I shoot has limestone chunks all about the place. I set them up on a block of wood for targets as they explode in a white cloud when hit. We can shoot any kind of targets except paint cans or glass, just clean up your mess. Each lane is private surrounded by berms making it nice that you don't have to wait for anyone to stop shooting to set up targets.
