My 1863 Springfield family hand me down.. It is in NRA excellent condition, and is the only one not replaceable. Good thing the Kibler is skinny....I likely could grab both around the barrels with one hand

Your game your rules....my TC Hawken that I have owned nearly 50 years.

Reality, if the fire isn't too bad, the gun cabinets are going out the window after the powder magazine. If the fire is bad already, I'm taking the wife and dog down the road because when she blows she is going to blow.

You wake up, your house is afire but your family’s safe. All your bp guns are laid out on the couch and you only have time to save one and bail out. What gun do you save?
My Bess..., I can still hunt all that I have in the past, and still do living history.

Forget the BP guns. I'm grabbing my high capacity unmentionable to shoot the SOB that started the fire!
... or you could tie him up and make him watch you load the gun and maybe test-fire it a couple times, just to make sure that it works, you understand, using a sealed milk carton filled with red food coloring, so that he can see what's going to happen to him. Sorry sometimes my masochistic side comes out and I get carried away. ;)

I have two that are my best builds; my fowler and my TN squirrel rifle.

Or my squirrel rifle, it is a .40 with a 13/16" straight GM barrel and will shoot a cloverleaf at 50 yards no matter what I put in it to shoot.

Someone sets your house on fire, they get what they get.

Maybe that would scare him to death. Truth is I already have enough past sins to worry about without adding a killing to it. But if I ever really had to..........
