2 rabbits lightly brown in a skillet then put in a roasting bag for 1 1/2 hours in the oven, :blah:stuffing, greenbeans, biscuits and tea to drink

Antelope steaks on the grill, tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. And a nectarine for dessert.

I had seafood in a light creamy sauce, paper thin piled high potatoes seasoned to perfection, and a burgundy colored.......aw heck, I had tuna fish sandwiches with mayonaise, salty chips, and a coke !!

Enchilada, rice and refried beans. :boohoo:
Sure would like one more elk dinner before I go to the happy hunting ground. :front:

Last night we had Deep Fried Haddock and Fries Mmmmmm
Tonights supper will be in the hunting camp (I'm not sure what yet)Followed by some Cold Canadian Beer a few games of cards and good 8 to 10 hour Kink! :redthumb:

Last night was left over's from last Sunday's 6-hour slow smoked venison ribs and bbq sauce of my own concoction.

Smoked 6 full rib racks (mostly from the result of sidelocks), rubbed with my own seasoning blend with in a combination of cherry and applewood soaked with bourbon and water.

Along with roasted whole potatoes along with corn on the cob on the grill (no tin-foil here).

My dad turned me on to roasting spuds directly on the grill about 20 years ago and I've been hooked ever since.

Simply the best spud you can roast and the ribs were not too shabby either (excellent in fact if I do say)!

:)

Tonight will be fair food. First night of the county fair and my engine crew is covering the truck pulls. Highs in the 90's with humidity in the 80%, it may just be a water night.

Tonight the wife will be out of town on business again, so i am doing frozen pizza. YUM YUM :: Had Fair food Wed. when we went to the county fair. The frozen pizza may be better. ::
