What is the different between Butter Beans and Lima Beans?

Everybody come on over about 5 today! Got a big pot of butter beans and smoked ham shanks going on the fire now and going to make some cast iron skillet corn bread a little later to go with it!

I use smoke turkey in my butter beans. And add a little corn & chopped up jalapeno peppers in the corn bread. UMMmmmm :hatsoff:

Make it Pickle herrings in sour cream sauce on Beagles with cream cheese. And sliced eggs & Onion rye! UMmmmmm :hatsoff:
