I'm not sure what strapping is??

You use it all the time... You use strapping material to make a "Strap". Then use the strap to carry your possibles bag, or whoop a misbehaving kid. Well, maybe used to, back when kids could be taught to behave...

It's tough stuff for sure. I don't think I'd use it for a bag strap though.
