What Next

:crackup: Want to pass on one thing that happen today. Went to a large fabertic store and asked for pillow ticking, Well I was looked at as if I came from a different planted. There was on the way out a coustomer that knew what pillow ticing was, but stil the store help looked at her and me as if as stated,from some other planted. OH well that seems to be the price for progress! I did fine some 100% cotton that will work.

FYI...there's always tons of it for sale on EBay...type in pillow ticking...at least it might be a good starting point for discussion with sellers

I know exactly what you are saying. I was in the fabric store 2 weeks ago looking for linen and linen thread, and asked the girl where it might be. She showed me cotton thread and I told her I wanted linen. She argued with me there was no difference between cotton and linen. I told her cotton comes in fuzzy balls from a cotton plant and linen comes from flax. She walked away in disgust ....
You'll get that kind of information at $5.15 an hour ...
