what patch lube are you using ?

Got to say I feel cloth and go'that feels right, or too thick or thin. When I load think oops that's to tight, loose or just right. Mink oil? Well bear oil ain't is easy to get, sperm oil impossible, so I use what I get, lard works well but I like mink oil, all in my head.

Use Ballistol to pre-soak your pillow ticking patch strips, let dry. Roll your strip tight and go to the range. I've shot this patch combination for years and have no issues with burn out or accuracy. Easy and works well.

I use spit when target shooting, and TC Bore Butter when hunting.
