I purchased a Loyalist arms Fusil DeChase ,(Tulle) about 8 years ago when they were only $375 shipped ! It was a bit bulky so I removed all the furniture and sanded down the stock to get it down to the approximate weight and shape of the originals, put a rust brown finish on the barrel and lock and replaced the brass side plate with a serpent type , refinished the stock to a medium brown color and installed period sling swivels and put on a period military style sling ! I redid the Fusil to look like an original that was presented to a woodlands Indian chief ! This Fusil was 62 caliber and I shot a patched .610 caliber ball and it would shoot 3 1/2 groups at 50 yards all day and would pattern very good at 35 yards on a turkey head target ! It was a very good squirrel and rabbit getter and great on doves and quail ! I sold it last month for $955, and will be purchasing a Kibler or TVM Chief trade gun or a Gentleman's fowler ! The loyalist arms guns are also drilled for the vent hole ! Check the others, they are not drilled and have no warranty and customer service is non existent !
