Take a look at the Lyman Great Plains Rifle . . . there are a lot of them out there and you can probably find a deal on a used one. They are good quality guns.
 
Until the mainspring breaks, which they have a reputation of doing quite often! Then all you have is an expensive club. As mainsprings are not obtainable, it will remain a club for a very long time.
There were some mainsprings available on ebay. Last time I looked they had a couple left. I bought two of them, in new condition. I have two BMRs, one in .50 Cal and the other is a .54 Cal.
