Who's Coming to Guilford Courthouse???

How many of you guys are coming to reenact The Battle of Guilford Courthouse???

I live about 30 minutes away and always take in the Lecture Series the week before and have taken the wife and kids a few times to the battle...They are all leaving the nest pretty quickly and I'm half a mind to start getting involved...

Just thinking about picking some brains first...

I do make presentations to local school kids on the Revolution and I'm getting together an order for some period clothing, just want to make sure I'm moving in the right direction...

I go every year and have many friends who reenact. My advice to you is go for it. mudd turtle.

Guilford was The first reenactment I had ever been to. Been about three years ago. Since then I have purchased or made breeches, shirts, hats, waist coat,shoes,stockings,shooting bags powder horns,knives a .62 smoothie and have a custom .50 being built. So be very careful looking at all those goodies. I'm in Winston-Salem so I may go for the Saturday battle. Probably won't dress out this year.
