The Woodsrunner I ordered arrived today! .54 caliber, fancy maple. Here are some pictures.

I notice that the buttplate, nose cap, triggers and trigger guard is installed, did you order it that way or is that standard?

It came with all of those things in place. Mr. Kibler mentioned in a video that the new machine used for making the stock makes fit better than any of their prior kits.

It looks like assembly will be fast. I bet I could put it together and shoot it in one day. The stock finish, barrel Finish, trigger guard polishing etc. will take a while. In part as I will work slowly and I want to do some stock embellished.

Not to be difficult, but no.
Its art or,. Crap! Its not a speed contest! Its a artful heirloom!

I hope you take us along as you put this together. I don’t think Im the only one that would be interested in seeing this as its the first one I have seen.
Agreed. I would like to see it as it progresses if the OP is willing to subject himself to ML inspectors. I have one coming in March or April, so some building insight would be appreciated.
 
Is that a 5 on the bottom of the barrel, or just something laying on the barrel? Just wondering if they are going to come with a form of serial #.
