I was out on snowshoes just last weekend, on patrol seeking out the Coyote-Cong. I'll admit my shoes are high-tech plastic fantastic wonders, but I did carry a very PC, handmade flintlock Jaeger. Hey ya can't win 'em all.

Nice pics and good shooting. I went on Sun. and didn't shoot that well but my time wasn't too bad and wound up second in the "old geezers" division. The bad news is I somehow split my stock - don't know how, didn't fall etc., so I'll probably use my smoothbore at the biathlon in NH in a couple of weeks. If you see and old geezer with his tounge hanging out looking for a bottle of Geritol it's probably me :p
 
Thanks for the pics, Mowery. I really had hoped to get out there this year, as I hope to host a similar event here in MN in the future. Oh well, maybe next year...
