Not a new project but made these bullet pouches a few years ago.

I put together a new flint/ tow/ tow worm wallet today but I didn’t get a photo. Promise to post one tomorrow.

Here are some photos. The powder measure is for scale. Little wallet with protect flints and hold tow, a turnscrew, small awl, puller and tow worm conveniently. Side ears keek stuff from falling out. Slips in my hunting pouch.

9” x 5” to start with.

Fits my particular needs. I’ve fabricated several like this for my assorted rifle’s hunting pouches.

Let's see some of your projects! That means MLs that you are currently building, any accessories, etc for your traditional muzzleloading experience! That means ANY PROJECTS!

Note: Please include pictures if you will.
The new project is a 50 cal flinter with Rice Allentown 45" swamp barrel, B weight.
My little old bandsaw is OK, but the table is waaaaaaaaay too small for a 62" maple stock.
I installed removable extensions on the front and back. The aluminum angle bolts directly to the bandsaw table, with legs just clamped in place.
The messy pic is is a partial wood removal for the barrel. I mic the barrel and use the smallest dimension for the max I can take out with a router going parallel with the stock. I also use the same dimension for calculating my depth. The bit is just a half round so I have to also compensate for that, by staying a little high with the router.

Just getting started on this one. I've had different parts following me around for better part of 10 years.
.50 Caliber flintlock pistol when she is done!

I'll be a Bachelor for three weeks while my wife finishes her contract and then comes to Nevada! I hope to work on it hard in the evenings!!

JRM,
Give us some step-by-step pics on that for us Noobs!!
Need to pick up on the building techniques!

Barely got any interest in the flintlock section so I'll put it here. Seems like the majority of interest here is on modern reproduction stuff and hand made guns made by some very talented folks today. Antiques, not so much. Nepal Brown Bess "kit" from IMA. A lot of work removing rust, fitting 200+ year old parts to a modern reproduction stock made in India, having to fix worn and broken stuff, etc. Will proof the barrel by firing remotely with cannon fuse prior to actually shooting it and then I will likely only shoot it on rare occasions with reduced loads but I have no interest in owning anything that isn't functional. My original post showing the condition as received. https://www.muzzleloadingforum.com/threads/nepal-brown-bess-from-ima.114570/#post-1564346
