I contrast it with my Don Stith .58 parts set I built 25 years ago and my first build, a CVA Mtn Rifle .50 (USA) from 1977-78.

I change old shotgun springs for springs on repro locks. I had collected a few £15 old eBay locks over time. The great saver was one on an L&R flintlock. But I had to drill an additional hole for the pinNot much missing. Mainspring looks gone.

That looks like alot of labor! Well done.Finished patch box inletting. Have to make and install the PB release. I hate inletting patch boxes. What a pain!!!
