Rust protection.
A couple over think I had.. that was.. Would it affect the powder being in there loaded overtime... the bore lube.. that's a no.. it didn't affect the powder. Will the nipple not being cleaned after use end up not working after a while.. it goes boom everytime.. I think the time it didn't it...- Trigger

I deicited to clean it... a good cleaning. I figure it's been a couple weeks why not. I did use the microwave this time.. microwave hot. Lol I dropped the nipples in a cup of water. It worked good.. windex cleans the same.. either or.. I use a pipe cleaner to get inside the nipple and...- Trigger

She was really searching this morning good. two chases.. she took off barking.. seems she lost them both but didn't give up right away and come back.. she dug around in there where she lost track awhile.. Strap bag vs belt bag?
I use one of those simple waist packs from the stand.. to hold what I need handy in there. Gloves. Phone. Cigarettes. Lighter. I want to get one of the hand Warmer ones. Stuff my phone and butts in there.- Trigger

Just got in.. got two.. but took 5 shots to get them. They didn't stock so I went into the woods a little here a little there.. nothing Then went into the field and put one into the woods. That must have been where they all went you know lol I missed again in the woods there but found...- Trigger

Both barrels used today. 4 patches. It's not shot allot of shots to be honest. 2 birds limit. Is just a couple shots a day.. I take two shots a day. I took two shots this afternoon.- Trigger

Rabbit hunting and gear
I'm.. Dp10ga My Pheasant load is 75grn 3f 1.5oz #5 shot. I havnt shot a rabbit with that. I'm thinking less though for rabbit 65grn 3f.. 1.25oz #5... Is it a big difference.. I was thinking it works just fine down to 1oz loads. Only reason why I think 1.5oz might be a touch to much.- Trigger

I'm 42.. Driving in the dark is OK.. but I notice it.. the rain and the dark is bad. I got yelled at showing up late to work because I waited till daylight to leave the house because it was raining.. I walked off that job for that reason.- Trigger

The vegetables shortening is OK.. I might want to try the next batch with that bee'swax. Just because I think it won't be sticky or oily on the outside of the barrel.. probably more like a wax feeling. The shortening on the outside barrel is a little sticky grease feeling.. it's ok. I shot it each day so far. I used 4 or 6 patches using both sides after each hunt. On the bores. The cloth I made with the same stuff is OK.. I rung the patches out in a microfiber cloth to use to wipe the gun down.. I was going to clean out today.. but I just don't know. It's going good.- Trigger

Kittery used to be my favorite store.. they had it all everything. Now for years if you ask for.. primers or caps etc.. they act like it's covid still... there's no reason. I would like to know why they won't get supplies for us. Had at one time had a good rack of BP guns. Used. Now nothing... -
Do you think that modern ML firearms have any investment value?
Is a risk with firearms as an investment. Just because. If they get taken away.. for whatever reason. Then it's small claims maybe.. Or.. Gun stores don't want. there not paying value.
