    Poor Big Ted!

Congrats on the plump birds. Big Ted looks like a very fine shotgun.

    SOLD TC Hawken Flintlock .50cal

I would be ALL over this like a chicken on a June bug if I had the cash at the moment. Been wanting one for a long time. Nice gun.

WANTED WTB Better Sights for my TC Renegade Flinter

I have Williams Fires sights on my TC. I still cant see the front dot settle between the two dots on the rear. I have to start front high and slowly tip the butt stock upward until it lines up, or until I think its lined up. 50 yards is plenty now. 100 yards used to be a breeze. That being said...

Anyone else chomping at the bit for the Kibler smoothbore?

Gimme that proper Hawken kit! I am waiting for that jewel to be available.

SOLD TC Hawken w/ GM .50

My 70 something TC Hawken has some fine walnut on it. Not quite as nice as this one. But, easy on the eyes all the same.

SOLD CVA SxS 12 gauge PRICEDROP

Primitive Archer is a good start. I won Bow of the month several times and Bow of the Year once. I haven't entered the contests in years as its not really my game or reason for building them, and the forum owners are turds. I have roughly 300 bow builds under my belt.

SOLD CVA SxS 12 gauge PRICEDROP

It will take 2-3 weeks to build one after I know what draw length and weight you would want. It would be a straight forward osage self bow with a leather stitched on grip and tip overlays of antler, horn or another hardwood. You can search my user name on-line and find quite a few pics of past...

Any interest in a custom osage self bow? I build a very good bow.

    Caps v primers

That's a curious question. I much prefer the caps in a simple can over trying to get JUST ONE primer out without dumping more on the ground or floor. Your mileage may vary.

    Wood from Bradford Pear

    Makes a good self bow.

My can is dwindling fast. I use a lot of it.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

I tore my old TC rifle apart and finally took the time to rework all the brass/wood to make it fit entirely flush. There were always bits and pieces that were too proud and I finally had enough of looking at it and feeling it. It looks amazing now. Way better than the factory had it in 1970...

    Lock Maintenance.............

I enjoy cleaning my guns as much as shooting them. I tear them to pieces every time I shoot and clean/lube every piece, including locks. I learned several decades ago to never let my weapon be the reason I blow a hunting opportunity. It’s 100% on me to make the shot count.

    Amazon find

I use a lighted archery nock. It fits down all bores over .22.

    Michigan

I'm right in the middle of the mitt, corner of 57 and 127. I have a place between Luzerne and Mio surrounded my National Forest that gets all of my hunting time. Matter of fact, it pretty much gets all my free time. And why not? Cabins "up north" are what its all about.

FOUND POWDER AT A LOCAL GUNSHOW

I have 3 partially used cans of it. I used it for 20 years in various cap gun styles and it was either fantastic or frustrating as heck. If there was any sort of dampness in the air it wasn't reliable. If it was dry and sunny it would go bang instantly and was impressive.
