    Hitting it with a magnet was the first thing I did - definitely aluminum, with steel guide pins. That's the box it came in but I do not believe it's the correct one. The label is torn off

    Single ball, aluminum (obviously not a Lyman just came in the box) Just picked it up in a lot I bought, can't find anything on it. Did a web search using every combination of terms I could think of, nothing. Expected it to be a Lee but there's record that I could find of a Lee mold in this size...

    Yup, and now that it's been pointed out I see that the wood handle on mine is a very well done aftermarket upgrade.

    Just picked it up as part of a lot, no markings anywhere. Went though pages of photos on the webz, no matches at all. Test cast to check diameter and weight . Round ball .454 135 grain Bullet .454 196 grain
