    I just shot my new 1851 Navy today. Accuracy was great and lots of fun to shoot. Even the cleaning was fun. My problem was about 50 percent of the no.11 caps had to be struck twice before ignition. I used a wooden dowel to seat the caps but that did not help. Any ideas on what I should try

    Sean, gourds should be left on the vine to dry. They do much better that way. I tried pulling some early a few years ago and most of them rotted. I won't try that again.
