After filing down the barrel, how fine do you go with the sand paper?

Can someone post pictures of their homemade scrappers and explain how they made them? I do not want to reinvent the wheel just maybe modify it to my particular needs.

What is the best way to remove the barrel under lug on a T/C Renegade barrel? I tried tapping it out but don't want to mess it up.

Should I in let the tang or the barrel and hook first on a Hawken? I am guessing on the Tang but don't want to start out wrong first off.

It a steel butt plate and they fitted it for free. I just paid the price of the butt plate.

Zug. that is what I do too. Might try buffing on wheel to see if that helps.
