I have several 24 smoothbore barrels for sale. These were originally for modern 24 bore SXS, but purchased as blanks, milled octagon at the breech and fitted with straight, flint style breech plugs. They are 26-1/8" long, 15/16" at the breech, .580" bore by my calipers, and weigh 1-5/8#. Flats are long enough for even large Siler sized flint locks to butt against, and no reason they couldn't be percussion. These would be perfect for canoe guns, blanket guns, boys guns, or even flyweight trekking guns. I suppose that somebody could try their hand at a SXS with these. EDIT: $130 each plus shipping.

They are not vented at all. Barrels were made from modern gun steel intended for smokeless, double blanks, milled octagon and breeched.

I have six, and can adjust the price of shipping depending upon the quantity.
