Advice needed for first building project.

As soon as I can make up my mind on the style I want, I'm ready to build my first rifle. I am strongly considering one of the kits from TOTW or Jedediah STARR, that come with the pre-inletted stocks. I have read the warnings about TOTW not delivering some components in a timely manner but have read nothing of Jedediah STARR. According to their site, they appear to offer kits with quality parts and can do the gunsmithing work that I will need. Has anyone had any experience dealing with them?

You might check out Jack Garner's TVM Kit's. He wiill inlet the lock and trigger for you for a small fee.
He made one in the "white' for me and I love it. I will buy my first unfinished kit from him as soon as I pay this one off.
