Since I'm a long time turkey hunter and admire camo guns for such purpose, I think it looks good. Now on the muzzleloader line of things, i'm more of a minimalist, prefer iron over brass and no patchbox, like the wood to stand out but that's a me thing. I don't usually lose any sleep over somebody else's choices for their property.

Wild Turkey. Keen eye sight and they see colors. And there are muzzleloader only seasons to hunt them. Make your tool fit the job.

Hell, I lose myself in the woods sometimes when I am cammo up.

I don’t think a turkey has the intelligence to recognize a gun as anything other than another stick in the woods. Wave it around and they will for sure spook though. A camo percussion gun is not my cup of tea but to each his own.

No, they will not recognize it as a gun. They will spot it as not natural and not belonging.

I assure you turkey react to movement, not colors. Have called in many in a red plaid shirt, I can become a rock. They will see you if you blink though.

While true, have shot turkeys with non-camo guns, they can and do help. High pressure birds can be very wary, often hanging up at the slightest hint of something not right or out of the ordinary. Mostly I think it's the shine/reflection from the sun that will spook them the quickest, as long as gun finish is flat, you are usually good. A question though, I didn't know they had turkeys in England?

We don't, but we have other sharp eyed birds.
I do though like reading and watching my cousin's shooting turkey with muzzloaders and archery gear.
They do very well without a dipped gun, check it out
