Another Ball Flask

Had to make one for my .32 rifle. Stained this one a shade darker and made a stopper from a cow horn tip. Thanks for looking!!

Yes, I stuck it in my metal lathe to get the diameter of the bag hole and then put it in my wood lathe to turn the top. Thank you fellas for the compliments!

I sand the pieces flush and slick the edges with water. Lightly sand again and burnish the edge with beeswax and a piece of folded up canvas. I stain them before any of this

Thanks, I will try that on my next project. Hope it turns out as nice as yours. I made a bag for a friend and one for my wife. It was my first project and I didn’t really know what to do so I just left it raw.
