Any idea what this is?

This old girl walked into the shop.

Someone has used more than a little Bondo on the stock, but she’s in decent shape.

Any clue where she came from? Is the info on the tag anywhere near correct?

Looks like a converted French M1787 Naval pistol. Or at least something like it

I believe it is a French Year 13 (1805) cavalry pistol converted to percussion. They were converted in 1841.
