Wher can I shoot around San Antonio?
I will be moving there soon and have to keep shooting or I will go :youcrazy:

Thanks,

I don't know the answer to your question, but welcome to Texas, Dawg. If you get here in time, come over to Brady, Texas in June for the TMLRA State Championships. I plan to be there and I think Rabbit03, John L. Hinnant, and some others from this board will be also. We can have a MLF family reunion.

Looked in your profile. Are you transfering to R.A.F.B? I live north of San Antonio. I shoot at Cedar ridge range.
Bulverde - Cedar Ridge Range, 7110 FM 1863, Bulverde, TX 78163.
Phone: 830-980-4424
Facilities include: Outdoor Pistol (0-100 yds.), Outdoor Rifle (0-100 yds.), Sporting Clays
Range Access: Public
Here is a link to the map.

I like it. 10 bucks and you can shoot all day if you want and bring as many guns as you can carry.

Here is a pic of the range. I like it. Due to the number of bays they have and they are all split up..That = less cease fires

If you have google earth you can also find it with the lat and long in the pic.

Looking at the pic you can see the bays are seperated by big walls of dirt...Safty first...
Shoot me a email when you get into town and we can go due some shootin.

Thanks for the info.

I'll be at Lackland but I'll be sure to drop you a line when I get in the area.

Shoot me your info in a PT if you don't mind so I don't lose it.

How about the rifle range at Lackland Air Force Base?

That will give the recuits something to write home about... :haha:

"Dear Mom, they are still using muzzleloaders in the Air Force."

They don't allow public shooting at the range. I'm going to try to get in good with the Combat Arms guys and see if I can shoot there sometimes.

The ranges don't have backstops so they are picky over what is shot there.

I'm not a cop so it doesn't apply.

It's more "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours".

I have to do some back scratching when I get there.
