Shooting my Pedersoli SxS tonight, the caps kept popping off the left nipple when firing the right barrel. Any suggestions to keep them on when both hammers are cocked?

Nipple fit. Nipple is too small or caps are too large. I would try another nipple.
Any suggestions on getting a larger nipple? I assumed they were all sized the same for #11 nipples. I'm currently using RWS 1075 plus caps, are they slightly larger than standard #11 caps?
Pinch your caps a little to make them kinda egg shaped before putting it on the nipple. Normally keeps them secure.
